Exchange Policy

At Nice Fragrances, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. We currently offer a 7-day exchange policy only.

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unopened

  • The product must be in its original packaging

  • The security seal must be intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be exchanged.

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange request, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for exchange

  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged)

Exchange requests sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement if approved.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not offer exchanges on:

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or promotional items

Shipping Costs for Exchange

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

No Refund Policy

Nice Fragrances does not offer refunds.
We only provide exchanges in eligible cases.
